The Earth-Rite PLUS (single mode) may be used in applications involving metal drums, totes, road tankers, railcars and any other conductive objects which require proper grounding and monitoring as part of the process. The system offers a safe and simple to install solution when continuous monitoring and interlock control is beneficial. The resistance set-point to proper ground is < 10 Ohms meeting current NFPA77 standards.
The Earth-Rite PLUS system has a hazardous area rated enclosure with red & green light indicators, junction box with clamp storage pin and socket, and 32-ft Hytrel spiral cable with plug and dual circuit ground clamp. Power supply may be 110-volt, 60 Hz or 240-volt, 50 Hz.
